Jodi Lazare

Jodi Lazare is an associate professor at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. She has been teaching Animal Law since her appointment in 2017. She has published research on the intersections between animal law and family law, as well as animal law and constitutional law, specifically on the constitutional dimensions of ag-gag laws in Canada. She co-hosted and organized the first Canadian Animal Law Conference, which took place at Dalhousie in 2019.
